New UK Energy Tarrifs Could See Boom In Domestic Wind Turbines

From April 2010, the UK will enjoy another huge benefit to installing domestic wind turbines.
The above article explains that new tarrifs will allow UK consumers to sell back surplus electricity to their energy company. Those who live in exposed areas should be able to make as much as £2000 a year from a home wind turbine.
Here’s an exerpt from the article…
“Next year will see the introduction of feed-in tariffs – where householders will receive a set payment for the electricity generated and exported.”
This means that from next April, householders who generate their own energy will be able to sell excess supplies back to the National Grid.
